Review: Beavis and Butt-Head “Daughter’s Hand; Tech Support”

B&B are sitting on the couch when they catch this old movie with this guy asking some girl’s father “for her hand”. Naturally, that means getting an HJ, which inspires the guys to get off the couch and find the new girl in town(Victoria) so that they can get “her hand”. Funnily enough, her dad answers and the guys ask for his daughter’s hand, he unfortunately breaks the news to him that his daughter is too old for them and is seeing someone else. After being rejected, Tom Anderson goes over to give the dudes advice to help bag a classy lady.  Feeling reinvigorated, the guys go back to the house and asks Vicky’s dad AGAIN for his daughter’s hand. After another rejection, Tom intervenes and begins kicking the shit out of the dad. This apparently inspires the boys to realize they already have “Sally” and that going after Vicky is becoming a pain.

Tech Support

The next act sees B&B try their hands at tech support when they get bored enough to walk into a random warehouse that houses Co. Techs. The guys are coerced into working the phone support hot lines by a guy that works there named Hameed(this could be wrong, it was something weird). The guys are pumped because they each get their own internet-connected work station which of course gives them PORN! As they both work tirelessly to get some hand-action, they apparently impress their manager(played by David Koechner) enough to where he thinks Hameed can learn a thing or two. As such, he starts in on the classic B&B banter with the customers including hysterical pick ups of innuendo. This causes trouble at the local power plant and as such cuts off power to the whole building which brings about the looters.

This was another great episode from Judge. He definitely seems to be obsessed with this “16 and pregnant” deal, and specifically this one episode. Which makes sense because the underage couple in this show is absolutely pathetic, with the girl apparently shocked that her soon-to-be source of child support just sits around the house and plays games all day. Surprisingly enough, the parents seem OK with this. But just when you thought TV couldn’t get shittier, there’s this other show on MTV where this fat bitch thinks shes a psychic who can talk to the dead, and then breaks up with her boyfriend who apparently is tired of her bull shit. I can’t blame the guy, I mean this bitch likes walking in fields and whatever in what clearly seems like a staged setting. Lastly, the one thing I could’t believe is this Katy Perry video with fireworks coming out of her titties. This is my first time seeing it, and I never really heard of anything she’s sang since she was on Howard Stern YEARS ago with that “I Kissed A Girl” song.  But, I gotta tell ya, even with pyro coming out of her boobs I’d still hit it. Yep…

As good as the first act was I thought the second act was better, simply because I’ve seen that tech support world, and no one does the whole “working in an office” routine better than Mike Judge. Good to see Mike does still does his homework when writing episodes.
