Tom Delonge’s new animated film looks fantastic
I’m not a big fan of Tom Delonge’s super popular rock and roll bands Blink 182 and Angels and Airwaves, but I know people that are. However, this new animated film coming from Tom’s company ‘To The Star’s may have me appreciate the guitar player’s other talents a bit more. The short film is set to premier at the Toronto International Short Film Festival, but for the rest of the world it will premier on AngelsandAirwaves.com on December 9th.
The film is called Poet Anderson: The Dream Walker and the short film is inspired by and will feature music from the new Angels and Airwaves album releasing this December. The producers note that not only is there a full-length version of Poet Anderson in pre-production, but a prequel comic book series is set to debut sometime in Spring 2015 featuring the likes of Gerald Parel (Iron Man, Captain America) and Bengal (Naja, Avengers) as cover artists.
