Stores inspired by ‘The Simpsons’ coming to China…wait, China?**UPDATE** First Store Open!

Apple, Microsoft, and now The Simpsons? Yep, according to Mashable, about 100 stores inspired by The Simpsons are set to pop up in Beijing and Shanghai first in March with up to 100 coming globally. The stores would span 250 square meters of floor space and retail up to 200 licensed Simpsons products. These products will range from clothing to accessories such as phone cases and even stationery.
As the author of the article has noted, The Simpsons have only been legal in China for like a year, but maybe the show has made THIS much of an impression on the locals? In any case, a Simpsons retail store would work just fine for me because Bongo Comics keep NOT showing up with new issues at my local comic shops, maybe this would help.
