Rooster Teeth: Camp Camp Ordered To Third Season; New 2D Series “Nomad of Nowhere” Announced ; RwBy Vol. 6

RwBy Volume 5 finale streams Saturday, but what then?

Rooster Teeth producer Jordan Cwierz has made two announcements concerning new programming coming to the streaming service presumably later this year. For starters, Camp Camp has been ordered to a third season that, as of yet, doesn’t have a start date.

For those that don’t know, Camp Camp tells the story of Max, a jaded ten-year-old, who finds himself stuck at a dysfunctional summer camp run by a shady business mogul who is looking to turn a profit any way he can. The cynical Max will have to survive annoyingly cheerful counselor David, the weird cast of campers, and bizarre surprises at every turn before he can escape for home.

Rooster Teeth has also announced a NEW 2D series called Nomad of NowhereIt’s a western/fantasy mash-up about a mysterious nomad traversing a western wasteland that hasn’t seen magic in 100 years. But now there’s a price on his head, and he’s gonna have to avoid bounty hunters and captors who all want to score big when they bring in the world’s last magical being. Think of it as two-parts Samurai Jack and True Grit with just a dash of The Lord of the Rings.

In conjunction with Entertainment Weekly, Rooster Teeth has announced that new seasons of RwBy (premiering in the Fall), Red vs Blue, RTAA, DBX, and Gen: Lock are all coming before the end of the year. As it pertains to Gen: Lock, EW has a first-look at the series that concerns a diverse team of young pilots who are recruited to control the next generation of giant, weaponized robot bodies.
