Robot Chicken made its presence felt at NYCC, and we got the big announcement of an upcoming Christmas special called Robot Chicken’s Born-Again Virgin Christmas Special set to premier December 16th on Adult Swim. Show creator Seth Green would then announce that Season 7 is currently in production and should air sometime in 2014 probably kicked off with the next iteration of the DC Comics special.

One of the more interesting portions of the presentation was when a trailer for Ubermansion was played in front of a live audience. For those that don’t know, Ubermansion is a show we reviewed a few months back that follows the exploits of a bunch of super heroes living in a big mansion which usually leads to silliness. The series starred Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) and I think the show very well could help turn future Con presentations with Seth Green from a Robot Chicken piece to that of a full-fledged Stoopid Buddy Studios panel where maybe future iterations would be less about Robot Chicken and more about the projects the studio works on.

Oh yea, I’m loving all of the extra press on Macaulay Culkin being at the panel and looking healthy. FYI, if anyone out there is reporting this, you should have gone to New York Comic Con the last several years because he looked perfectly fine those years as well. The real news is that he licked a dancing/stripping Doc Hammer when the Venture Bros. producer ran out to interrupt the whole thing.
