LOVABLE GEEKS IN ANIMATED TELEVISION
Zimbio.com put together this list of lovable geeks in pop culture and they did do good justice by putting Lisa Simpson as number 3, but I couldn’t help but notice a few notable omissions of other animated characters. After the jump I list five maybe not quite as popular…but they are the geeks for sure.
5) Phineas and Ferb
The show itself is geeky as hell, plots usually start out with either Doof or Phineas and Ferb creating some sort of gadget! Granted, Doof’s gadgets are usually for his own amusement but Phineas and Ferb are famous for creating some of the sickest shit out there. Whether its building their own video game that they become a part of, or a backyard beach, or how about the first episode when they build a roller coaster! None of this makes sense, but it doesn’t matter cuz the kids are funny as hell and with the millions in revenue the show makes from merchandise, who is to say that they aren’t lovable?
