FXX Begins Uploading A Bunch of “Archer: Dreamland” Promos
As of this writing, we are up to six, not including the trailer.
The eighth season of Archer is fast-approaching for an April 5th, 2017 premiere and that means the FXX network is gearing up to promo the fuck out of all of us. The channel’s Youtube page now has six additional promos on top of the full-length trailer that we broke down over the weekend and you can subscribe to the channel here and watch them all.
Archer is an FXX original animated, half-hour comedy based on the hardboiled private eye Sterling Archer. This season features his quest to find his partner’s killer in 1947 Los Angeles. However, the case turns into a deadly game of tug of war between Los Angeles’ most powerful crime bosses with every clue leading Archer deeper into a mystery involving kidnapping, prostitution and drug addiction.
This season will be the first eight of what will be the final 24 episodes of Archer’s final run. FXX is hoping to get another animated series to follow Archer sooner rather than later to help bolster the channel’s animated offerings.
