8-8:30 PM – THE SIMPSONS (Season Premiere)

Homer delivers a baby, he buys a bowling ball with cashed Mapple stock, and Lisa becomes a cheerleader…yep sounds like The Simpsons to me! Already we have a whole host of guest stars for The Simpsons 25th season like The Game, Aaron Sorkin, Kristen Wiig, Stan Lee,  Gordon Ramsay, Joe Namath, Eva Longoria,  and others BUT I am more looking forward to the couch gags. This most recent season saw couch gags from fans, Bill Plympton, and the creators of Robot Chicken. Do you have anyone you’d like to see guest the couch gags?? I’d love to see a couch gag in the style of the ADHD promos that we’ve been getting!

8:30-9 PM – BOB’S BURGERS (Season Premiere)

Next season we are getting a bunch of funny ass log lines for the fourth season of Bob’s Burgers like Linda going to her high school reunion, the kids trying to trap Santa, and the family trying to do up a Super Bowl ads for the restaurant. The series is said to have some returning faves like Will Forte, Ken Jeong, and others but new guest stars like Jordan Peele, Molly Shannon, and Bobcat Goldthwait (!!!!!!) have me flying with excitement. Can…not..wait!

9-9:30 PM – FAMILY GUY (Season Premiere)

BIG names this season like Conan O’Brien, Tony Sirico, and Jeff friggin Daniels have me excited but we haven’t heard much in terms of story lines which has me worried that the show may be relying less on quality plots and more on guest star appeal. Let us hope this is NOT the case.

9:30-10 PM – AMERICAN DAD (Season Premiere)

Amdad

There may not be a cross hair on any other show other than American Dad. Why? Well, the show comes off a marvelous last season, but does the program continue on its path of leaving behind its All in the Family roots or does it continue on the route of prosperity with its sci-fi flair and exploration of its ancillary characters. At times this show just plain stinks, but there are more than a handful of episodes where American Dad can go toe-to-toe with any animated series and come out on top.
