Some of you might have been tuning in this past Monday Night just totally unassuming, when all of the sudden BOOM a new animated short comes on called Future-Worm! and as such you may be wondering…’What do we have here?’ Welp, we are here to help you out.

The Future-Worm animated shorts are a precursor to the full-length animated series debuting this Fall on Disney XD. The show follows Danny, an optimistic 12-year-old who creates a time machine lunch box and befriends Future Worm, a fearless worm from the future. Together, the duo navigate through space, time and study hall, embarking on adventures and spontaneously making up new ones along the way.

Providing the voice of Danny is Andy Milonakis (“Kroll Show”). Future Worm is voiced by James Adomian (“The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson”).  The show was created by the brilliant Ryan Quincy (Out There, South Park) and looked to be part of a new initiative from Disney TV Animation VP Erik Coleman to bring over as diverse a slate we have ever seen to Disney XD which has been turned into the ‘Go to’ network when it comes to Disney networks on TV right now.
