Canadian-Exclusive Corner Gas Animated Might Be Headed To The United States

Fans in the United States seeing all of our news about the upcoming Canadian season premiere of Corner Gas Animated and feeling left out, don’t worry, you’ve been heard.

That’s what show creator Brent Butt is saying on Twitter, that along with the upcoming Canadian premiere of Corner Gas Animated, United States fans may soon be able to see the series for themselves. As of now, no deal has been announced, but this wouldn’t be the first time that a Canadian-produced animated series would also premiere in the States. Hulu used to be a GREAT spot for watching new episodes of Fugget About It and Mother Up! either shortly after or sometimes even before they premiered in Canada. So, the idea of Corner Gas Animated getting US-based distro is not out of the question.

In the meantime, Canadian fans are excited about the April 2nd @ 8pm ET/PT premiere of Corner Gas Animated that will happen on The Comedy Network.

It’s been a few years, and there’s still not a lot going on 40 kilometers from nowhere. But that’s all about to change as the fine folks of Dog River, Saskatchewan face their biggest crisis ever. Brent and the gang discover that the town’s been badly mismanaged, leaving residents with little choice but to pack up and leave. As residents make one last rally to save Dog River as they know it, they discover a devious plan by a corporate chain that would change life for Dog Riverites forever.
