Cookie takes the fall for Theresa after Jimmy finds a pregnancy test in the trash. The event urges Cookie to keep an eye on Theresa’s every move with an ankle monitor, prompting her to get involved in extracurricular activities and enrolling in a future business leaders club.

When Theresa’s invention for women with PAS (phony ass syndrome) comes into fruition, the Falcone kids build the Ass-Jax empire right out of the basement.

Meanwhile, Jimmy seeks advice once again from McCool, only this time around, McCool is not his optimistic self. He is down because he accidentally sent boudoir photographs of himself, intended for his lady friend, to Premier O’Shea.

Jimmy and Cheech decide to plan a heist to retrieve the mail.

After several botched attempts, Jimmy and Cheech finally make their way into the Premier’s office, only to hide under the desk while the Premier indulges in an all-night sexual act with a Vegas showgirl.

When Theresa moves out after not seeing eye-to-eye with her mother, her Ass-Jax turn out to have one fatal flaw: every time someone wearing them sits down, it creates a trampoline of disaster. After several lawsuits, Theresa is left for broke and moves back home and is back to her same old self. It was interesting to see Theresa get the spotlight this episode, as viewers get more of her poor knowledge and use of the English language and her hilarious attempts at using idioms. She must get her smarts from Uncle Cheech.
