Would definitely like to take this opportunity to thank AdultSwimCentral.com’s Sentroid91 for inviting me on his Swimcast podcast this past Thursday night as it was a lot of fun talking about the Adult Swim upfront with him and all of his crew. Let’s take a look at what else we did this week, shall we?

>>>Dethklok announced a North American trek with Lamb of God and Gojira and you can see those dates here!
>>>We talked about John C. Reilly’s new movie Wreck it Ralph
>>>At their upfront event, Adult Swim announced the pick up of the Harold and Kumar animated series plus a whole bunch more like the 2012 returns of Venture Bros., China IL, and The Boondocks!
>>> FOX announced their 2012-2013 schedule as well which includes the brand new 90 minute animation block known as AniDom HD

“UP IN THE AIR” STAR ANNA KENDRICK(@AnnaKendrick47) TO GUEST STAR ON FAMILY GUY(@FAMILYGUYONFOX) TWO PART FINALE
“UP IN THE AIR” STAR ANNA KENDRICK TO GUEST STAR ON FAMILY GUY TWO PART FINALE
I’ve never seen Up In the Air so I don’t know how to judge Anna Kendrick’s acting in that, BUT she was in Scott Pilgrim and she is crazy hot. She will be appearing in the episode “Infernal Affairs” as part of a two part season finale of Family Guy’s Tenth Season. Also part of the two part finale is a Viewer Mail session hosted by Brian and Stewie, PLUS the Chicken returns to fight Peter!

‘RENO 911′ STAR TOM LENNON(@thomaslennon) TO GUEST STAR ON BOB’S BURGERS(@BobsBurgersFOX) FINALE!
‘RENO 911′ STAR TOM LENNON TO GUEST STAR ON BOB’S BURGERS FINALE
One of the gravest injustices in the history of broadcast television was the cancellation of Comedy Central’s Reno 911. I friggin’ loved that show and saw the film in theaters, and to this day nothing beats kicking back and watching a bunch of reruns either on Netflix or Comedy Central(sometimes) and of course the best character on their was Lt. Dangle as played by Tom Lennon. Tom was also in Balls of Fury which was a great film but nothing beats Lt. Dangle trying to constantly throwing sexual innuendo at Deputy Jones.
Welp, luckily for everyone Tom Lennon will be guest starring on this Sunday Night’s all new Bobs Burgers. No word yet on whom Lennon is playing as but it doesn’t matter because I’ll be tuning in to FOX on Sunday Night. Who wants to bet Bob gets hit on by Tom’s character?
@LADYGAGA GUEST STARS ON “THE SIMPSONS”(@HomerJSimpson) THIS SUNDAY NIGHT ON FOX!(@FOXBROADCASTING)
LADYGAGA GUEST STARS ON “THE SIMPSONS” THIS SUNDAY NIGHT ON FOX!
International pop sensation Lady Gaga is set to guest star as herself this Sunday Night on FOX. In this week’s episode Lady Gaga is brought in to help out a normally depressing Lisa to give her a boost of self-esteem. In an interview with E!-Online Matt Groening said of Gaga:
”The great thing about having Lady Gaga is that she came in a number of times and always with a different getup,” he opined.”Like she’d leave the room and come back in after a break in a completely new getup. It was unbelievable. The only time that she ever took off her hat was when it was banging into the microphone.”

‘DAN VS.’, RETURNS THIS SATURDAY NIGHT WITH GUEST STAR JOHN C. McGINLEY
‘DAN VS.’, RETURNS THIS SATURDAY NIGHT WITH GUEST STAR JOHN C. McGINLEY
Dan Vs returns this Saturday Night in an all new episode and guess who’s coming back? John C. McGinley! Other than the fact that its a big deal because McGinley is truthfully one of my favorite actors with of course his most notable role as Dr. Cox from Scrubs, but this also means we could get the return of Dan’s Imposter! The name of the episode is “The Telemarketer” so something tells me this Saturday Night’s all new episode is going to be all sorts of chaotic!

NBC’S ‘COMMUNITY’ GOING 8-BIT TONIGHT!
NBC’S ‘COMMUNITY’ GOING 8-BIT TONIGHT!
NBC’s Community has never been shy about doing animated specials as they’ve done anime, stop-motion, and of course recently they did the online animated web series(review here). The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that as part of their THREE part season finale, they will be doing an episode as 8-bit avatars of themselves. That’s right, Jeff, Britta, Abed, and the rest of the gang will be turned into 8-bit versions of themselves which means WE come in to do the review which you can check here tomorrow. Of course, this also comes off the heels of Dan Harmon’s recently announced animated series for Adult Swim so he must REALLY have an itch that is getting ready to be scratched.
Community is all new tonight on NBC as part of a three part season finale, check your local listings. You can get some exclusive images of your favorite cast members as their 8-bit selves by clicking here!
@COMEDY CENTRAL ANNOUNCES SLATE OF GUEST STARS FOR SEASON 7 OF ‘FUTURAMA’!
COMEDY CENTRAL ANNOUNCES SLATE OF GUEST STARS FOR SEASON 7 OF ‘FUTURAMA’!
No, I do NOT believe this adds to the previously boner-iffic news of Larry Bird doing a voice spot for Futurama as I believe that might be for season 8, but Comedy Central has let loose on a bunch of guest stars for Futurama’s season 7. Wanda Sykes will actually be in the premier episode titled “The Bots and the Bees” and then George Takei, Dan Castellaneta(Homer and Krusty from The Simpsons), Patrick Stewart, and Estelle Harris are also going to be lending their voices on various episodes dotted throughout the season.
Just in case if you haven’t seen the trailer for “The Bots and The Bees” you can check it below!
