English Dub Review: LINK CLICK “Confession”

Overview

Xia Fei’s intentions are revealed, along with Lu Guang’s motives.

Our Take

Picking up from the previous episode, LINK CLICK continues building suspense as more pieces of the puzzle begin falling into place. With several characters pursuing their own agendas and loyalties remaining uncertain, the situation becomes increasingly dangerous for Cheng Xiaoshi, Lu Guang, and Qiao Ling.

The emotional highlight comes when Lu Guang finally opens up to Qiao Ling, allowing himself to share the burden he has carried for so long. Their heartfelt conversation is touching, even if it feels a little too brief. Meanwhile, Cheng Xiaoshi’s impulsiveness continues to cause concern, and the growing tension between the various players leaves plenty of questions unanswered.

Overall, this episode delivers a compelling mix of emotional moments, rising tension, and intriguing developments, even if the pacing feels somewhat rushed. After a slower start to the season, the story is finally picking up momentum, and the cliffhanger makes the wait for the next episode all the more agonizing!
