Picking up from the previous episodes, Amane and Mahiru visit his family home, where his parents warmly welcome them. Shihoko quickly realizes that the two are dating and wastes little time embarrassing Amane with stories from his childhood, while their time together around town gives the couple plenty of opportunities to grow even closer. Between the playful moments at home and their increasingly affectionate interactions, the episode continues to show just how comfortable they have become with one another.

The rest of the proceedings also allow Amane to confront someone from his past. When he encounters Tojo, an old acquaintance who once treated him poorly, Amane handles the situation with a confidence that shows how much he has changed. Mahiru’s calm defense of him further reinforces their bond, while the episode saves some of its sweetest moments for the two of them alone. Their growing affection leads to several genuinely adorable interactions, making it clear that their relationship continues to progress naturally.
