Disney+ has released a fresh trailer for the fourth and final season of the acclaimed revival series The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder, setting the stage for a heartfelt and high-energy final chapter when it premieres on Wednesday, July 29.

This final season finds the Proud household at a life-changing turning point. According to the official synopsis, Season 4 will pull Penny Proud into a series of unexpected, mind-bending, and action-packed adventures that test both her courage and her identity. Through all the chaotic, heartfelt twists, the family will have to face their newest challenges head-on—proving once again that they are strongest when they stick together.

A Celebrated Legacy and What’s Next

Produced by Disney Television Animation and spearheaded by executive producers Bruce W. Smith and Ralph Farquhar (under their BaR Productions banner), the revival series has enjoyed massive critical success. Since debuting in 2022, Louder and Prouder has taken home multiple NAACP Image Awards—including Outstanding Animated Series—alongside a Children’s and Family Emmy Award for Outstanding Casting, and nominations from both the GLAAD Media and Annie Awards.

The final season’s July 29 premiere falls just ahead of the landmark 25th anniversary of the original Disney Channel series’ debut. Though Season 4 marks the end of the episodic series, fans won’t have to say goodbye just yet: Disney+ has also greenlit A Proud Family Wizmas, an upcoming song-filled, stop-motion holiday special produced in collaboration with Portland-based studio HouseSpecial, which will premiere on the streaming service later this year.
