Picking up from the previous episode, this installment continues the S-Class hero showcase, with Child Emperor stealing the spotlight through his bravery and clever problem-solving, while Puri-Puri Prisoner gets his own screen time in a mix of comedy and action. Atomic Samurai struggles against Black Sperm (Yes that’s the villains actual name), and Zombieman’s fight is still unfolding against another unusual foe, giving the season a sense of layered battles even without much Saitama involvement. Despite some uneven pacing and moments of flat animation, the episode delivers standout moments and strong character beats that remind viewers why certain heroes are fan favorites.
The fights are entertaining, though the season’s animation inconsistencies remain noticeable, with repeated frames and occasional awkward transitions. Yet this episode benefits from a slightly improved color palette and detail work compared to earlier entries, making the action sequences easier to follow.
