English Dub Review: Dealing with Mikadono Sisters Is a Breeze “A Memory the Sisters Can Share”

Overview (Spoilers Below):
Yu carries out his plan to have the sisters enjoy the Cherry Blossom Night Festival together.

Our Take:
This week’s episode continues the anime’s mini-arc, with Yu and the sisters attending the Cherry Blossom Night Festival.  Of course, this is still part of Yu’s attempt to help them relive their childhood to know them better.  However, due to the popularity the prodigy sisters, mainly Kazuki, possess, this “normal” day at the festival is anything but relaxing.  However, the real situation Yu is dealing with is the festival’s lake-crossing competition, where the winner receives a commemorative photo with the shrine.  Despite a few issues and a sudden downpour, Yu eventually accomplished that mission, but the actual prize is knowing the identity of the sister who knows about the photo, which is Miwa.
“A Memory the Sisters Can Share” serves as a suitable conclusion to the show’s mini-arc involving their trip to the festival.  Of course, the real reason for it was the development of the characters, notably the sisters.  Because of their focus on their respective careers, the sisters didn’t have as much bonding time as when they were kids, prompting Yu to help them rediscover that sisterly connection.  Of course, as previously mentioned, Yu’s mission was a success, as they reminisce about their memories while sharing their hotel room with Yu.  Regarding the latter, it’s pretty much what I expected would happen when a guy shares a room with three young women, particularly in terms of its humorous appeal and the sisters’ flustered expressions.  I suppose that’s another way for these prodigies to reap the consequences of their attitudes.
