English Dub Review: Go! Go! Loser Ranger! “Lost Memories”
Overview
Monster D and Hisui prepare for combat as the Green Squadron reunites with someone unexpected.
Our Take
This time around, we get an episode that amps up the tension with a unique setting full of bizarre rules and unseen dangers. Characters are pushed to their limits, not just in battle but mentally and emotionally as well. A mysterious environment plays tricks on reality, making it harder to tell what’s genuine and who can be trusted.
During the chaotic proceedings, several characters reveal deeper layers of themselves, whether it’s through acts of loyalty, flashes of doubt, or moments of strategic thinking. Some are starting to crack under pressure, while others unexpectedly rise to the challenge. The shifting dynamics add complexity, showing that raw strength isn’t always the key to survival.
Overall, this was a standout entry in the series. It mixes tension, character depth, and smart pacing to build real momentum going forward. The pacing stays sharp, the world-building expands meaningfully, and the narrative keeps you guessing without losing sight of its emotional core. If you’ve been waiting for the story to dig deeper into its psychological stakes, while showing how far each hero will go to hold onto their sense of self. Also, that public speech the Red Dragonkeeper made left me with ugly feelings, to say the least…
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
