English Dub Review: My Home Hero “One Thing I Did”

Overview:

Tetsuo is allowed to walk away after Kyoichi is condemned by the organization. However, Kyoichi does not quietly accept his fate and attempts to escape his death sentence.

Our Take:

I don’t want to see anything bad happen to Kyoichi or to Tetsuo but it looks like there won’t be any way for them to reconcile their differences. But first things first, I was really interested to see how Kasen managed to sneak into Kyoichi’s apartment. There was a little help from Tetsuo but so far what I really like about this series is how grounded everything is. Even down to how Kasen got the code to Kyoichi’s safe. Though I have to say that it was nice that they did say there was just some luck to it as well.

With the way Kasen made it into the apartment revealed now we just needed to see Kyoichi’s fate. He somehow managed to escape his bonds and put together how he might have been framed. What will he do now? Turns out he will call Nobuto’s father and blame Tetsuo for killing his son. We’re getting close to the end I think because things are heating up.
