English Dub Review: The Genius Prince’s Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt “A Diabolical Scheme”
Overview:
After Geralt’s freak accident, Wein visits Marquess Antgadull, who denies the rebellion plot. Wein is attacked but not by Antgadull, and his man on the inside foils a separate plot. Pursued by Antgadull, Wein flees but has another ace up his sleeve.
Our Take:
This was an awesome arc, I really enjoyed it. The action was good, the comedy was well placed and there were even some sprinkles of romance. Wein is a really interesting and compelling character, I love how he is good in a fight but they show how insecure he is with his own thoughts during the fight. It’s kind of nice that he isn’t just ALL brains though for what it’s worth he is very smart. Nanaki finally got an awesome moment to shine.
I know most people know Dallas Reid as the voice of Asta in Black Clover but I have to say he does really well in this. He lets out different emotions and tones and I think it shows how talented he really is.
This was a fantastic arc and I can’t wait to see what happens in the next one. But this one is going to be hard to beat.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
