English Dub Review: Saiyuuki Reload: Zeroin “The Value of Life”
Overview:
Goku faces a moral dilemma, and the group must quickly leave. When they run into Bishop Hazel again, they have questions that need answers.
Our Take:
This is a little hard to follow but I think Hazel is bad. But if that was the case then I don’t know why the guys would follow him around the way they did. It seems like the people Hazel resurrects aren’t coming back quite right. Seems like a bigger plot development is brewing.
I would definitely say this episode is leaps and bounds better than the previous one. I still feel like I am missing something pertaining to the characters but it’s still enjoyable, and the characters are fun to interact with. All of the guys had some really standout moments in this episode. If they keep up sharing the spotlight like this it will be hard to decide who my favorite is.
Still, a bit confused by this show but at the very least it’s making it enjoyable to watch. With a show like this, the characters are paramount. I can say with a good amount of confidence that the characters here are pretty great so far. Definitely like where this one is headed.
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
