Funimation Announces English Dub Adaptation Of “RE-MAIN”
Funimation has announced a September 25th start date for the English dub adaptation of RE-MAIN coming from Studio MAPPA. It is directed by Kiyoshi Matsuda, written by Masafumi Nishida, who also serves as the chief director and sound director, with Kaori Futō providing the original character designs, Shiho Tanaka adapting the designs for animation, and music composed by Kana Utatane.

Synopsis:
Minato Kiyomizu quit water polo after an accident left him with no memory of junior high, but a promise has him picking it back up.
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
