Crypt TV Teams With Facebook Watch For Latinx Animated Drama Series Woman In The Book Starring Diane Guerrero

Diane Guerrero has been tapped to lead a new animated Facebook Watch horror/drama series from Crypt TV and Starburns Industries (Rick and Morty) called Woman In The Book. 

According to Deadline who broke the news:

Woman In The Book, follows the lives of three estranged siblings who reunite at an aging Mexican hacienda to wrestle for their inheritance, but inadvertently unleash a book-bound horror upon them that has plagued their family for generations.

Joining Guerrero in the series are Alfonso Herrera (The Chosen), Jose Ruiz-Gonzales (Sanitarium) and Bryan Greenberg (How To Make It In America).

Our Take

Who knew Facebook Watch was still alive? Anyone?? In any event, this project sounds awesome, and with Starburns Industries at the helm, it’s going to be some scary shit. Count me intrigued.
