Watch: Dance Gavin Dance Releases Animated Video That’s “One In A Million”
Sacramento-based Emo-core act Dance Gavin Dance has JUST dropped the group’s ninth album on physical media via Rise Records entitled Afterburner and to help celebrate the band has released an awesome new animated music video directed by Rob Shaw for the track “One In A Million”. The animated video looks like a Cartoon Network pilot which, if I were working at the network, I would immediately put into production.
The critically-acclaimed album’s latest single is indicative of the band’s entire record which is a mish-mash of metalcore and The 1975. Next year, the band plans to embark on a nationwide tour with Veil of Maya and Animals as Leaders.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
