Anime News: Sword Art Online: Alicization ; Fragtime

Sentai Filmworks has released English dub details for their new home release for Fragtime with a clip that you can see below. HiDive will stream the series starting November 16th.

Synopsis:

All Misuzu Moritani has to do is think about it and, for three minutes, time seems to halt for everyone but herself. But three minutes isn’t long enough to go anywhere and come back, especially when you can only do it once a day. So, mostly Misuzu just amuses herself… until she makes the mistake of sneaking a peek up the skirt of a classmate she’s been crushing on and it turns out that Haruka Murakami is somehow immune to Misuzu’s powers! Oops.

And now a really embarrassed Misuzu has to make it up to Haruka. Double oops. Even if it means getting into a “relationship”. Wait, what? With great powers come some really big apologies and maybe a new romance as two girls take a little time off from the world!

Sword Art Online: Alicizations English dub will stream on Funimation starting August 1st with 12 episodes set to hit the streaming service. The series aired on Adult Swim”s Toonami lineup last year. The third season of Sword Art Online, titled Sword Art Online: Alicization, is an anime series adapted from the light novel series of the same title written by Reki Kawahara and illustrated by abec. It is animated by A-1 Pictures and directed by Manabu Ono. It covers the first part of the “Alicization” arc and adapts from the novel’s ninth volume, Alicization Beginning, to the fourteenth volume, Alicization Uniting.

Synopsis:

A new world, unfamiliar memories, and a name that cannot be forgotten. With no recollection of logging in, Kirito finds himself in a brand-new world with mysterious memories of a boy named Eugeo and a young blond girl, Alice. Her name strikes him as important, unforgettable. But why? As he wanders the world for a way to log out, will he stumble upon something even more important than getting home?
