Streaming News: “Rick and Morty” ; “Harley Quinn”

A Harley Quinn social event for the DC Universe series has been announced for Friday, May 15th @ 9 pm ET with Patrick Schumacker, Justin Halpern, and Dean Lorey expected to participate using the hashtag #QuarantineWatchParty. The episodes being featured as part of the watch party include “All the Best Inmates Have Daddy Issues” and “There’s No Place to Go But Down”.

Synopsis:

The series follows Harley Quinn‘s adventures after she breaks up with the Joker and her attempt to join the Legion of Doom, forming her own crew consisting of Poison Ivy, Clayface, Doctor Psycho, King Shark, and Sy Borgman.

Rick and Morty Season Four will stream for Netflix UK on June 18th.

Rick and Morty is an American adult animated science fiction sitcom created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon for Cartoon Network’s late-night programming block Adult Swim.

After having been missing for nearly 20 years, Rick Sanchez suddenly arrives at daughter Beth’s doorstep to move in with her and her family. Although Beth welcomes Rick into her home, her husband, Jerry, isn’t as happy about the family reunion. Jerry is concerned about Rick, a sociopathic scientist, using the garage as his personal laboratory. In the lab, Rick works on a number of sci-fi gadgets, some of which could be considered dangerous. But that’s not all Rick does that concerns Jerry. He also goes on adventures across the universe that often involve his grandchildren, Morty and Summer.
Rick and Morty Season Five is currently in pre-production for a fifth season.
