SyFy Is Taking Pitches For TZGZ Right Now And Here’s How You Can Take Advantage

If you’re an animation producer looking to make a name, well, Syfy’s TZGZ might be the way to go. I’ve been following the block since it’s premiere a few weeks ago and while most of it you can find on VRV/Mondo, putting more eyeballs via linear on franchises like Gary And His Demons isn’t a bad thing. Why the scheduler thought it was smart to go up against Toonami every week, I may never know, but here we are.

In any event, Syfy is looking for more original animation for TZGZ and I’m WAY more interested in this because it means we’ll hopefully get some newer content sooner rather than just relying on IP that’s been available for a few years now. You can get more information on submitting your content for review here. Essentially, they are looking for anything adult animated comedy in bite sized form (3-5 minutes) in whatever variety you want as long as it’s not live-action. There’s pay too, in the range of $5k to $15k per minute of animation, so if you’re looking to get your name out to the world of basic cable television, now’s your chance!
