Buzzfeed Animation To Launch “The Good Advice Cupcake Show” For Facebook Watch
Is it too late?
The Good Advice Cupcake is a viral Instagram sensation from Buzzfeed Animation that streams new shorts every Monday where fans can ask questions and this asshole of a cupcake named “Cuppy” gives advice. Desperate for a boost in positive content on a platform filled with nothing but negative, Facebook Watch has opted to pick up a new longer series entitled The Good Advice Cupcake Show inspired by the aforementioned character of the same name.
The pickup is part of Facebook’s last gasp to keep people occupied while the company takes their data and sells it to organizations like Cambridge Analytics. In the meantime, The Good Advice Cupcake Show is set to premiere sometime later this summer.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
