ICYMI: Here’s “Family Guy’s” Touching Tribute To Carrie Fisher

Family Guy premiered an all-new episode to kick off its Mid-Season last night but did so on a more somber note. That’s because last night was the first episode of Family Guy to air since the passing of Carrie Fisher who voices the role of Peter’s boss “Angela”.

The producers of Family Guy posted a touching tribute to their fallen friend and you can see it above. Carrie Fisher died late last year at the age of 60 after being taken off an airplane due to cardiac arrest. Two more episodes of Family Guy are on the way that will feature Carrie’s “Angela” character, however, it is unknown when those episodes will air.

In the meantime, a new episode of Family Guy airs at a special time of 930 pm ET/PT this Sunday Night on FOX, check your local listings.
