Comics Review: Rick and Morty #18

Does this month’s issue warrant a purchase?

This month’s issue of Rick and Morty featured an interesting bunch of threads that I hope we get more play time within the coming issues. For example, Summer is getting a steady diet of action hero and now it looks like we’re setting up for a dogfight between Rick and Jerry against Morty’s captors.

The second strip is a bit inspired by the mobile game Pocket Mortys, and just like the game, underperformed, but the meat and potatoes of this issue has me yearning to see what else is on the way.
