Seeso Orders More Cyanide & Happiness!

I guess this was the big announcement for the announced Alamo event coming this weekend! Yep…Seeso has ordered a new season of Cyanide & Happiness. No word as to when new episodes will stream, but maybe more will be known after the aforementioned screening.
Created by and EP’d Kris Wilson, Rob DenBleyker, and Dave McElfatrick of ExplosmEntertainment, The Cyanide & Happiness Show is a 15-minute series based on the popular web comic. Among the segments: God takes hostages, spring breakers are locked in a life-and-death struggle against a mighty Dicksquid and the patriotic Star Spangled Bastard solving the immigration and gun-control problem. The series exec produced by Studio71 got a 10-episode Season 3 order.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
