Review: Regular Show “Return of the Party Horse”

Spoilers Below

Party Horse shows up to the park complaining about the fact that his girlfriend Chrissy wants to dump him. To help, Party Horse takes a bunch of advice from both guys and girls, and with that decides to go back home and just party. Eventually, Principal Party Horse coerces Party Horse to get into a machine that zaps away all of the party, but thanks to Chrissy’s assurance that she only wanted Party Horse to take things down a notch, our fabled partier drinks up his shit and he’s back to normal.

Our Take

Tonight’s episode of Regular Show was ok, but I was ready for a next level of weirdness that never showed up. Like, I thought we would have gotten more of an episode with Party Horse not partyin’, especially at the end, but really we didn’t get a whole heck of a lot of mileage out of the change. Also, I think we’ve had enough episodes of Mordecai complaining about his girlfriend, that when someone else on the show does it, I’m kinda over it.
