Ted 2 heading to FX
As we mentioned the other day, Ted 2 is marching towards profitability, but will probably make nowhere near as much money as the original. As a result, expect both the home releases and network premiers to come sooner than usual and I wouldn’t be surprised if both happened before the end of this year.
Deadline.com is reporting that Ted 2 will be licensed to FX for future telecasts which means two things: 1) Ted marathons galore and 2) the broadcast version will be heavily redacted and suck so much that you’re gonna want to smash your head (seriously, Ted 1 on FX is kind of a disaster).
Ted 2 is currently in theaters everywhere, I know that because I just got back from the theaters a couple of minutes ago after having watched Jurassic World. Read our review of Ted 2 here.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
