Shorts Review: World Doctors – Shadow of Duty (Ep #12)
The great doctors get a hold of a machine that hooks up to video games and allows them to perform surgeries on characters. One such instance is that of Kevin Spacey in Call of Duty, where the duo take the Academy Award Winners’ heart and sell it on eBay. Gotta love technology, amiright?
The one thing that irks me about this series (other than everything) is the fact that some shorts are like almost 5 minutes long, and others are really, really short to the tune of like maybe 3 minutes. This is the latter, but that doesn’t mean the laughs are affected because there are oodles. However, I much prefer the longer efforts and hope future episodes go that route.
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
