Review: Teen Titans Go! ”Birds”

Someone’s gotta clean the chimney and Robin’s the one who has to do it. He moseys on over and starts talking trash to a couple of birds whom end up eating the shit out of the Boy Wonder and laugh their asses off while doing so. This inspires Robin to go chemicals and he uses them in an attempt to get rid of the birds, but he ends up turning them GIGANTIC. The birds not only get really big, but they gain the ability to talk which of course gets all of the other Titans all excited. Problem is the Mockingbirds don’t take a liking to Robin, not one bit and they soon start picking on the Titans Team leader. As a result, Robin decides to leave the towers which leads to the birds throwing a bird party for anything that quacks, squawks, or shits all over the floor. Yep, these birds leave big messes and they don’t cleaning up after themselves, nor do they like anyone eating egg sandwiches. The chimney gets dirty again, and all of the Titans go to see what the big idea is. Turns out it’s Robin and he’s pretty much insane. Thankfully, Cyborg convinces him to help the rest of the team to fight the Mockingbirds. Robin eventually has to resort to chemical warfare again, only this time the birds turn into big-brained peace mongers, but Robin uses the opportunity to beat the shit out of them anyway. The birds leave Titan Towers, but did someone get left behind?

A rather excellent episode of Teen Titans. For starters we may have been introduced to a whole new class of villain, and moreover we already know they are hysterical. The bird party was probably the best scene, with Beast trying to mate with one of the birds, with a raven trying to assuage Raven, and then Cyborg discovering the big pile of bird shit on the ground. Better yet, someone left a BABY behind! HAHAHAHA

I want more birds.
