Despite some clear homages to Regular Show, the picture is definitely starting to get clearer on Smosh Babies, the new Shut Up Cartoons series starring Ian and Anthony…as babies. Being billed as a cross between South Park and Muppet Babies, lets see if the series can do as its told starting August 12th only on Shut Up Cartoons.
