Why New York Comic Con 2018 Could Be The Last Time You See FOX Programming In NYC

This could hurt.

FXX’s Archer Will Present a Sneak Peak of its Upcoming 10th Season Followed by a Q&A at New York Comic Con 2018. The problem is, 20th Century FOX (which also just got beat out by Comcast in its acquisition of Sky) is locked in a carriage dispute with Altice USA aka Optimum Cable in the NY Tri-state area. If the two sides don’t come to an agreement soon, networks like FX, FOX, and a slew of others, could go dark for the close to 5 million Altice subscribers not just in New York, but also for Suddenlink subscribers across the country.

For us New York Comic Con goers, here’s a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming Archer panel going down in a couple of weeks.

Archer is FXX’s Emmy Award-winning, animated comedy that, in its upcoming 10th season, centers around the spaceship M/V Seamus as Archer, Lana, and the rest of the crew explore deep space and try to outsmart space princes, intergalactic pirates and vicious bounty hunters. Come see a not-to-be-missed exclusive sneak peek of the upcoming season and then join the voice cast of H. Jon Benjamin, Aisha Tyler, Jessica Walter, Chris Parnell, Amber Nash and Lucky Yates, plus Executive Producer Matt Thompson as they discuss bringing this animated series from script to screen.
