Watch: Weezer Takes On The Classic Theme Song From “The Simpsons”

 

 

We told you guys earlier in the week that Weezer will be guest starring on this Sunday’s episode of The Simpsons and, to help get us ready, the band has released a video featuring their animated selves rocking it out to the classic theme song from the longest-running primetime animated series.

The upcoming episode will feature Weezer debut a new song called “Blue Dream”, which will be featured on the band’s upcoming record entitled Van Weezer. The band will also be appearing in the episode entitled “The Hateful Eight Year-Olds” as a Weezer cover band known as Sailor’s Delight who is the live entertainment as part of a cruise trip that Homer and Marge take. The episode will also see Lisa who makes a new friend who loves horses, but then becomes part of a circle of snooty young rich girls.

The Simpsons is all-new this Sunday Night @ 8 pm ET/PT, only on FOX, check your local listings.
