Harley Quinn EP Patrick Schumacker is teasing a “very special guest” voice that has already recorded parts for the upcoming season three of HBO MAX’s series. The show has already had a who’s who of guest stars including George Lopez, Howie Mandel, Frankie Muniz, and others so this must be a big deal. The third season of Harley Quinn is slated for premiere by end of 2021. Season 3 will explore Harley’s reaction to a half healthy relationship with Ivy as well as focusing more on Ivy’s backstory as the previous two seasons were mainly focused on Harley. With that, Schumacker has said that new writers of LGBTQ+ have been hired because of the direction of season 2 and that it’s a priority to diversify the staff for season 3. It has also been revealed that Dean Lorey would no longer be available to return as showrunner for season 3 and would be replaced by new co-showrunners Chrissy Pietrosh and Jessica Goldstein alongside Patrick and Justin Halpern. Composer Jefferson Friedman rumored there would be a musical episode coming with an entire refresh of the musical composition that will focus on each character.
Primal has a home release date of June 1st with all ten seasons coming alongside behind-the-scenes interviews.The DVD retails for $24.98 while the Blu-Ray retails for $29.98. The Emmy nominated series follows a caveman and his dinosaur doing anything they can do to survive. The series is currently in production for a second season.
The Hollywood Reporter has the scoop on the voice cast of the upcoming animated adaptation of Batman: The Long Halloween. It will star the voice talents of Jensen Ackles as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Josh Duhamel as Harvey Dent, Billy Burke as James Gordon, Titus Welliver as Carmine Falcone, David Dastmalchian as Calendar Man, Troy Baker as Joker, Amy Landecker as Barbara Gordon, Julie Nathanson as Gilda Dent, Jack Quaid as Alberto, Fred Tatasciore as Solomon Grundy, Alastair Duncan as Alfred and Naya Rivera in her final film role as Catwoman.
It was announced that the first part of The Long Halloween would be released in summer 2021, with the second part being released in fall 2021.

Adult Swim’s Birdgirl is going to have the show’s first episode premiere on Youtube on Sunday with a countdown to the premiere already having been commenced.

After being named CEO of the world’s largest and most non-sensical corporation, Sebben & Sebben, Judy Ken Sebben (aka Birdgirl) has to find a way to maintain her work/superhero life balance.
Through the halls of the company headquarters she assembles her Birdteam! By day, they try to drag the company into this century. By…mid-afternoon, they usually end up having to break a lot of things to stop something bad that one of them may have helped cause. It’s the sort of superhero team we get at this moment.
Birdgirl is a half-hour comedy series starring Paget Brewster (Criminal Minds), created and executive produced by ME Productions. Produced by Susan Shipsky and directed by Rich Ferguson-Hull, the series is animated by Awesome, Inc.
Six half-hour episodes are on the way, and the first episode entitled “Pilot”, in it, Birdgirl is named CEO of Sebben and Sebben and struggles to find a work/superhero balance.
Warner Home Entertainment has released new stills for their upcoming Justice Society: World War II feature-length animated feature film.
“Justice Society: World War II” finds modern-day Barry Allen – prior to the formation of the Justice League – discovering he can run even faster than he imagined, and that milestone results in his first encounter with the Speed Force. The Flash is promptly launched into the midst of a raging battle – primarily between Nazis and a team of Golden Age DC Super Heroes known as The Justice Society of America. Led by Wonder Woman, the group includes Hourman, Black Canary, Hawkman, Steve Trevor and the Golden Age Flash, Jay Garrick. The Flash quickly volunteers to assist his fellow heroes in tipping the scales of war in their favor, while the team tries to figure out how to send him home. But it won’t be easy as complications and emotions run deep in this time-skipping World War II thriller.
Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the feature-length animated “Justice Society: World War II” will be distributed by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on Digital starting April 27, 2021, and on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack and Blu-ray on May 11, 2021.
