1. South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut
Nobody, anywhere, ever expected when the South Park movie was announced that it would one day be nominated for an Academy Award. Unfortunately, South Park lost in their nomination for Best Original Song in “Blame Canada.” But, that does not take away from Bigger, Longer and Uncut taking the top spot on this list as the best film adaptation. As far as the box office goes, Trey Parker and Matt Stone have never done us wrong, and the South Park movie went above and beyond expectations.
