This Week In Obituaries: Tim Boyle, Music Producer For “South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut”
Music producer, Tim Boyle, has passed away at the age of 71. Tim is responsible for being a music engineer for 300 films including South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut for which he won an MPSE award. Tim is survived by his partner Anne and his two daughters: Lyndsay and Briget.
South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut featured a number of songs that have stood the test of time having just celebrated a 20 year anniversary since it’s theatrical release that saw a box office gross of nearly $90 million. Songs like Uncle Fuck, “What Would Brian Boitano Do? and “Blame Canada”, the latter of which was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song, are still revered.
