THE 2012 COMEDY AWARD NOMINEES HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED!

Unlike other award shows, you actually get to vote who wins for best primetime animated series for the 2012 Comedy Awards scheduled to air May 6 @9/8 c. Granted, there is probably very little input from us, and the winners have probably been decided by the producers already, but I’d like to think this is a glass half full situation. To be honest, I wish they would expand this category by a lot, however I have to give Comedy Central dibs for selecting Life and Times of Tim as a nominee as that show is so underrated its sickening as it is a pretty great series and Season 3 was particularly solid. Kinda shocked to not see Beavis and Butthead as a nominee seeing as how Comedy Central is a sister to MTV. Perhaps this is a sign of the future? I’ve heard rumors…
