Super Deluxe To End By Way Of WarnerMedia
Gone the way of the Arch Deluxe.
AT&T has decided to end Super Deluxe. The producers of such animated fare as Boss Bitch, and the upcoming Don’t Hug Me, I’m Scared television series, is going under in favor of WarnerMedia concentrating its efforts on other acquisitions like Otter Media. All 54 employees are expected to be laid off, with severance, however, no update has been given on the future of any of their projects.
Super Deluxe used to be a website that was folded into Adult Swim which is how we eventually got Brad Neely and China IL. The brand was relaunched in 2015 as a studio to produce social content, however, will be shuttered moving forward as it was seen as a duplication of other studios that do the same thing for AT&T now.
Hi Ashley, thank you so much for reading and we love the feedback. Note that on that day we had 14th posts go up and only ten posts show on the front page, so it's possible the preview had already been archived by the time you got to it. One recommendation would be to add our RSS feed to your favorite news aggregator service like Feedly, this way you get all of the latest posts!
