Star Trek: Lower Decks Kicks Off Pre-Production

Star Trek: Lower Decks has officially been put into production according to show creator Mike McMahan which usually means the series has been cast, story lines and scripts have been mapped out, and these kids are ready to rock for CBS All Access. Two seasons have been ordered and show producer Alex Kurtzman has been teasing a 2020/2021 bow for the show’s start in what will be a bit of a comedic send up of classic Star Trek. 

Let’s just hope CBS All Access doesn’t get too nuts with it’s cartoon censorship anytime soon (I’m looking at you The Good Fight).
