“South Park” Escape Room In LA Is Booking Now ; Franchise Gets UK Premiere News

I was a little worried that they were going to shut this down before it got a chance to open everywhere, but the South Park Escape Room experience is officially booking in Los Angeles and will book for Boston and New York City this fall.  The new Los Angeles Escape the Room is located at 3223 Glendale Galleria in the Glendale Galleria Mall.

Escape rooms are a form of immersive reality entertainment designed for participants of all ages. The live action puzzle games each have their own theme in which players utilize clues to complete a mission or escape the room in 60 minutes or less. The experiences utilize the best in technology to immerse the players into the unique atmospheres of each room.

Book here.

In related news, South Park has a UK premiere date of Friday September 27th at 10pm only on Comedy Central UK and Netflix UK and Amazon UK both had an entertaining back and forth when Netflix had announced that they have acquired a couple of seasons for the long-running series which sees it’s newest season coming starting next week. In the meantime, you can go here to figure out which character from South Park you are.

Created by comic geniuses Trey Parker and Matt Stone, features the breathtakingly irreverent and ruthlessly funny misadventures of four foul-mouthed, troublemaking young boys in a small town nestled in the Colorado Rockies. It has been praised by the prestigious Peabody® committee as “COMEDY CENTRAL’s notoriously rude, undeniably fearless lampoon of all that is self-important and hypocritical in American life, regardless of race, creed, color or celebrity status.” We couldn’t agree more.

“South Park” continues to surprise even its most devoted fans each and every week. Known for its unbelievably immediate and ruthless responses to world events, “South Park’s” new episodes bring up-to-the-minute news and pop culture icons (including Al Gore, J. Lo, Kanye West, Oprah, Sir Elton John, Tom Cruise, John Travolta, and P. Diddy) to the town of South Park for social commentary and good old-fashioned ridicule.
