Seth MacFarlane To Receive TV Legend Award

Seth MacFarlane will be an inductee of the 2020 class of TV Academy Hall of Fame. Seth’s TV credits include Family Guy, American Dad, The Orville, Bordertown, and The Cleveland Show and also has a prolific film and music career. The Hall of Fame will take place on January 28th at the Television Academy’s Saban Media Center.

Seth MacFarlane typically creates and voices most of his animated series which is where he got his start way back when he was a young producer on Cartoon Network. Despite all of his additional success, arguably “Family Guy” is the one he gets the most questions asked about whenever he’s doing the late-night circuit. Seth is also very much a high profile fan of science having co-created Cosmos which is set to return with a new season next March, and just yesterday donated $1 million to RainforestTrust. Moreover, Seth MacFarlane is one of the top donors for Democratic candidates.

Seth is currently in production for an animated series with the Lucas Bros along with 20th Century FOX/Disney.
