Review: Welcome to the Wayne “Flutch”

Let’s flutch this.

Overview (Spoilers Below)

Ansi is kidnapped by a talking pipe so naturally, Olly goes in after him. Soon, the other Timbers decide to go after Olly who now needs saving of his own. We find Olly first, but by the time we find Ansi, he’s in some sort of conflict with a washing machine Pharoah that makes a few light threats but we eventually learn that both he and the pipe aren’t bad guys and pretty much lets the kids go.

Our Take

Tonight’s episode was the first one in a while not having anything to do with Andre. A bit of a diversion that takes away from the solid arc which appears to be the case moving forward which is a tad disconcerting, but, it is what it is. The episode, as a standalone, was a bit of a drag. I mean, our main antagonist of the episode was a washing machine, and there wasn’t much of a battle or anything at the end so it was a whole bunch of build up for nothing. “Flutch” wasn’t very original, the “A” plot and “B” plot were almost identical and A WASHING MACHINE WAS THE VILLAIN!
