Review: We Bare Bears “The Limo”

Is this episode worth the Limo-ride?

In an effort to help Panda find momentary escapism from his girl problems in regards to Lucy. Grizz and Ice Bear treat him to an extravagant Limo ride.

Our Take

I’m kinda impressed with how much they care for Panda’s feelings as he’s kinda right that Ice Cream doesn’t always solve anyone’s problems, but do they even have coupon deals for renting Limousines? There’s also moments later in the story that indirectly come full circle when it comes to Panda’s insecurities about Lucy dating some muscular hipster-dude named “Kale”.

One of the more interesting moments that’s also highlighted is how much space this specific limo accommodates, as the damn thing even has a Karaoke machine and a disco ball. I also didn’t know you even could dance in one, But then again it’s not impossible when you consider how we keep reaching technological advancements everyday.

Aside from the minor running joke of him loving Grizz’s Crowbar Jones film, the Rapper “T-Pain” makes a guest appearance and shockingly helps Panda with some deep & meaningful advice about his unrequited love predicament.

Overall, the premise seems harmless and good-natured, T-Pain’s guest appearance had an actual purpose in the narrative and helped Panda learn that even if the person you’ve romantically yearned for friend zones the shit out of you, what should matter the most is their happiness.
