“Tough Customer”

Klein orders some noodles from the old man. However, the order is never to his specifications, and he keeps asking for more additions, including asking for an identical order. All is well until he sees the bill and balks, asking if he could instead have a plain order instead. Fed up, the old man leaves.

“RWBY Dreams”

Team RWBY has their dreams this time. Blake dreams that everyone is swimming like fish, but when she tries the only actual fish there, she gets a stomachache. Yang dreams of defying authority in style. Blake dreams that she’s learned everything there is and is completely dismayed. Ruby dreams that she meets regular Ruby from the main series, and is terrified of her counterpart. Waking up in a panic, Ruby sees that Zwei is sitting on her, likely causing the bad dreams.

This was honestly a pretty funny episode. I really enjoyed the first episode because I’ve worked in customer service before and those types of customers are sadly not that uncommon. Funny, in a relatable way.

And now we finally have Team RWBY’s turn to have crazy dreams. Unlike the other teams’, which all seemed to be either fantasies or fantasies gone wrong, this time we get all nightmares. Some of them are hilarious, like Yang and Blake’s, and some manage to get really meta like Ruby’s. Seeing chibi Ruby next to regular Ruby wasn’t something I expected to see, and it sure gave me a surprise.
