Review: Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty “It Takes Two to Talent; Pot Luck “

No luck at all.

Overview (Spoilers Below)

It Takes Two to Talent

Felicity and Miguel take part in a talent show in which they win with a musical act. As a prize, they get a milkshake named after them.

Pot Luck

Felicity comes across a leprechaun who has no luck at all and as such we do the entire run-through in an attempt to figure out what, if anything, this Lucky Charms ripoff is good at. Turns out, the answer is closer than we thought, he just has to learn not to give up.

Our Take

The odd thing about this show when it comes to the story department, even the somewhat original premises like “Pot Luck” are a mess because the producers are hell-bent on writing shit dialogue crowded with lame jokes and no sensible direction for plot. The way more cliched premise featuring the talent show actually turned out to be a little more entertaining though anyone expecting any action from this series is going to be sorely disappointed because any signs of impending action sequences are largely eschewed in favor of more crap jokes. This one’s a snore folks…
